Over the years American Welding Inc. has done several design and build projects for customers. In most cases the customer provided only an idea and in rare cases a concept sketch.

The train tops at the Toledo Zoo were completely fabricated from an idea to protect the train operators from the elements. American welding did not even have a sketch to start with. Once again the staff of American Welding took the project head on. The train tops were installed in December of 2004. The quality of the job exceeded the customers’ expectations.
